Refund policy

We offer a 7-day return policy for damaged, defective, or non-functioning watches only. All PYKO timepieces come with a 1-year warranty against movement malfunctions.


1. Warranty Information

All PYKO timepieces include a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering movement malfunctions only.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Water damage

  • Cracks, scratches, or other physical damage

2. Return Policy for Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received.

  • You must provide a valid unboxing video.

Unboxing Video Requirements:

  • Start recording before opening the package.

  • Show outer packaging and shipping label (AWB number must be visible).

  • Display the watch and all items inside the box.

  • The video must be continuous with no cuts or pauses.

Important: Without a proper unboxing video, we cannot accept any complaints or claims regarding damage, missing products, or other issues.

Shipping costs and convenience fees are non-refundable.


3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for reasons unrelated to product defects, damage, or incorrect items. This includes returns based on:

  • Personal preferences (e.g., size, color, or style)

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind


4. Cancellation Policy

We follow a strict no-cancellation policy.

In extraordinary circumstances, you may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing us at:
